World Cup Winner George Cohen MBE  is helping 192.com reunite the fans of ’66. George stormed the press, appearing on BBC Radio 5live,  The Sun, The Metro and The Independent on Sunday.

George’s call to reunite was heard as far away as Malaysia, India, and Johannesburg, where his support for192.com appeared in the South African Sunday Times.

George Cohen MBE says: “Reunite for world cup victory with 192.com.”

Our campaign also generated amazing 1966 World Cup memories including those from:

  • Eddie, 58 who carried the cross of St George at England’s opening match
  • Bob 79, player liaison for the Argentinean team who won a ticket for the final
  • Steven 61, who saw Hurst’s controversial shot cross the line
  • Jerry 64, who watched England verses Mexico in 1966 with his future wife

Jerry hopes to reunite with friends from 1966, so why don’t you? Get in there! The party’s on us! Email: press@192.com
